The Challenge

Internet Service Providers required a specialized solution to manage connectivity in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) like student housing, senior living facilities, and apartments. The challenge was to design a cloud-based management interface that could handle the complex hierarchy of sites, buildings, and individual units while remaining intuitive for network administrators.

The Solution

Focusing purely on the User Experience for the cloud web application, I leveraged the design system established for Airties Pro to ensure consistency and speed of implementation. The resulting interface provides a clear, hierarchical view of network performance across thousands of units, enabling ISPs to monitor, diagnose, and resolve connectivity issues efficiently.
