The Challenge

Nohlab produces interdisciplinary experiences bridging art, design, and technology. The challenge was to create a digital presence that could house their immersive, often complex 3D and projection-based work without overwhelming the user. The site needed to be a canvas that allowed their colorful, motion-heavy portfolio to shine while maintaining a clean, avant-garde aesthetic suitable for a high-end creative studio.

The Solution

I designed a layout that balances negative space with full-width visual impact. By using a dark, minimal interface, the vibrant colors and light-based works of Nohlab pop off the screen. The user experience focuses on fluid navigation and discovery, mirroring the studio's own approach to experiential storytelling. The result is a website that feels less like a portfolio and more like an extension of their digital art practice.
